Opticum X7 server freezing

Hi Guys,
this is my first post, so please be patient with me. I am new to this technology. I have to restart the box or the internal server on the Net client config page to solve the problem. It re-occurs frequently. Have loaded with Lemontree 06000200_1.3.64 EMU .
I get an error message of the type "Get ECM .... cw failed'' Not sure what this means

Anybody any ideas ?

Hi Shemer,
My first post also. I have heard of some people having a similar problem some time ago with these boxes but I thought that it was resolved with a new version of lemontree. Not sure if I am correct as it goes back quiet a while. Maybe some of the senior members might have the answer. Don't know if the Opticum was up to the jobof connecting to servers etc as good as other boxes such as 'Dream, Technomate etc. Let me know how you get onn.

hopefully somebody else may have understand the issue better and add a reply - otherwise the set top box is not going to be work for me as it is unreliable.
