Ok - firstly I don't use favourites, I much prefer pressing 101 for BBC 1, 401 for Sky Sports etc.
This channel list was completed from a scan from 26/01/12 so you shouldn't find any channels with no signal etc.
Variations from the Sky EPG are as follows:
HD channels are in place of the SD variants (BBC HD is on 102, you'll find BBC 2 SD on 989-992)
RTE 1 /2 / TG4 are on 141-143
TV3 / 3e are on 181/182
Setanta is on 423-424
SBO Events is on 450 & 743
Sky Sports red button on 1001-1015
BBCi on 1016-1021
Various tests / Irish variations / ITV regions on 1022 upwards
Any unused channels are skipped over, except maybe 1-2
