Al Jazeera Sports Card and my CCcam

Hello

I have the subscription of Al Jazeera Sports on Hotbird 13 east, but I can not pick up the satellite signal because I don't have LoS, but I can pick up other satellites. Does this help me to run or start my CCcam if the dish is facing any another satellite? Will my peers will see my card?

Answer is:yes,peers will be able to use your card if your card is active.
And your card opens channels on 13e/26e/7w.
