i box help

I recently got an i box unit 3.5 x 3 " ,from the "far east" it has a rs232 and pwr leads,can this be used to test on
A****S 61w ?

I saw some videos on the tube, but they are in portugese and i do not speak this language.

I understand that the box has to be "activated ", but i am not sure which loader or firmware to use .
I tried locating a tutorial but not finding any, what i did find was a loader 4.35 , with 2 files in it with an
extension .dll and the actual loader.

Can someone guide me on testing with this .
