but chanals cant open

Hi,

First of all can you receive FTA's channel ?

Do a scan of the sat once more.

Already down for Free To Air's channels please have a look on dish alignement whith another receiver.

Other receiver is OK but not yours so maybe your tuner is out of order = change but before try another firmware & rescan.

CCCam need more than an installation to work fine, you have to set few params & find some peers or have a local card to get pictures.
