I love watching one free to air channel on my sky box. it is the Africa channel on number 268.
there is a lovely cooking programme and soaps from Nigeria that are really addictive.

also they are showing meet the adebanjos on friday at 9 and it is sooooo funny. lol.

you gotta watch it!
