oscam with irdeto 2 layer 2b support for caid 0624 skylink m7

Oscam for ARM and MIPS receivers supporting dynamic cam key for irdeto skylink cards. There is no need to enter boxkey and rsa key in the configuration.
It supports both ICE and pure irdeto M7 cards. For ICE cards it is necessary to set the configuration option force_irdeto = 1.

If the ARM version prints something like "-sh: oscam-skylink-arm: not found" at startup, then you need to create a symlink to the loader like this:
ln -s /lib/ld-*.so /lib/ld-linux.so.3

It supports using one irdeto card at a time - if more is needed, then run more instance of oscam.
The ARM version also works on the Raspberry Pi - tested!
The MIPS version contains a bug where, after a restart, the reader incorrectly initializes the keys to the card - it is necessary to restart the entire oscam.
