CCcamOscamInfo 0.2.1

Have since even a small plugin for the monitoring of the handicrafts and CCcam Oscam.
It can therefore be monitored more boxes.
In order for the plugin, the Web Interface must be assigned a password. Otherwise, there could be green screens.
There are only Supportet questions about the plugin, but none of the cams themselves. So respect the board rules.
This version is for mipsel mips32el OE1.6 and the version for OE2.0
