Can anyone help with TP settings for central 7 on B3, all I have tried wont work.

It is believed that optus D1 has been launched to-day 14-10-2006, it his to replace optus B1, If so you could get 7 central FTA again plus all the ABCs and SBS's, hope this info help's someone.
