Subs account for 81% of French cabsat channels revenues

Research from the French cabsat channel association ACCeS has found that subscription revenues now account for 81% of the whole French cabsat and IPTV channels’ turnover.

The Q1 2012 turnover of the 39 member channels reached a 4.4% growth despite a 11% decrease in ad revenues.

The association didn’t disclose the global revenue, but added advertising account for 9%, while other revenues now stand at 11%.
