Unfortunatelly I do not know anything about DM(none of them).
If you don't find somebody to help ,try to finger it out the manual way.But I think if you look for it in the DM section you will find something.

Hello, I've just managed to connect with Eutelsat 3E and I get all Digea channels, but Ant1, Alpha and ALTER are black. Is there a possibility that the frequencies / transponders have changed recently?

everything is working check the freq of the file and your reciver it must be the same to work
