Médiamétrie takes 62 % of MarocMétrie

French media ratings and research institute Médiamétrie now owns 62% of Morocco’s TV audience measurement company MarocMétrie.

Médiamétrie, which previously bought 34% of MarocMetrie, has now purchased the 28% of shares owned by CSA institute, a subsidiary of Bolloré Group. MarocMétrie posted a revenue of 25.4 million dirhams (€2.3 million) in 2011.
