Converting 32bit CW Keys into 22bit ones?

Could someone please explain to me just how you get: 03C401D8CD697C95F900F4 (22bits), from a Key like: 0D03C0 00 392BC6F69D4612E380FCC4AAE951393 (32bits);?!

Again I know how to convert this into DEC Mode for CAM's I just want to know how to input any given CW Key (namely UPC - 32bit), into my T-Rex.

use the calculator on Windows,

it is a normal calculator but also to be used
to conver keys

but to help you here they are
it is cryptoworks for Lig tv eutelsat 3w
003 196 001 216 205 105 124 149 249 000 079

try using the calculator and see if they are correct

I know the first three hex for the dragon 03-c0-oo but where do you get the next 8 hex to put in the dragon

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I think I'm writing for many people who have this same question but are too afraid to ask. If were are going to "help" people, then it should be done thoroughly, instead of what has been done so far.
