Can anyone help me get the 20.2 firmware version and the latest skychip? They told me that is the right one. I have a neotion3000 sw vers. sa10.9c & hw fs01-AZ-and when I put a new firware, I get or an error0 message or a no signal result,what can I do? Thnxs in advance!
Hi is there ani software for kaka n2 mi device is a 501 . i wanted to learn how to update the software files myself if anione could be so kind to help me i would be most thankfull.

I have a Super Golden Lazer 18000 which is the equivalent of Neotion 501. I have tried the latest autoroll urt updates without success.Any idea what can I do to make it work? It was working before with previous updates........now not anymore....
