CCcam server getting NOK´s

What can cause excessive NOK´s in CCcam?

Lately i´ve been noticing that i´m getting to much NOK´s, when i check CCcam webinfo (tab Clients).
Even in channels that i know are working well.
I don´t have to many peers and all have ping below 90ms.

I hope someone can help me solve my problem.

1 could be caused by client
* wrong ecm length
* emu is not 100% compatible with CCcam.... like incubus
2 could be by caused by server
*needed entitlement on card is missing
* faked ECM

there are many possible reasons for it

nok means that yoiur peers is asking for the key but he doesnt get it from you.

hi,
All my peers are connected through CCcam (v2.0.11 - 2.30) and i only use CCcam v2.21.
If card missing that request should not get to my server (if i don´t have a particular card then request should not get to me, right?).

Some NOK's i know it is impossible to be from me, as i have some shares on hop1 from real cards (on box and on European VPS)
I did not change anything and suddenly i am getting only 25-30% request OK and all the rest NOK.
I have good ping time and some request with NOK have ECM time of 6s and some OK with 0.120-0.400s.
Same channel viewed by 2 peers (one in France and other in Spain), one can have NOK and the other OK.
Checked my CCcam.cfg and did not find anything out of order.
On 13 peers, 10 get NOK.

Don´t know what to do next.

I'd like to be so sure as you are
1 the fact is you will never know what emu is in use by your peers.... you may only guess (question about compatibility) - that is probability about 10-15% of your problem
2 Ecm request is done not only by caid (card) but also by sid (particular channel on that card) .... and if smth is wrong with server Ecm still will be requested and will be returned as non ok.
3 do not forget that more then 90% of peers faking their locals by using different methods - it is sad but it's a fact

4 there may be nothing wrong with the line , but package (card) may be not full and some entitlements just missing .... but if your peer still requesting sid what is not the card they will get non ok

anyway you need to have a look yourself your statistics and to find out from where and how you getting non ok..... I mean server and user

after you find the problem, and if the problem is caused not by your setup but by the peer , just drop that peer without regrets
just today I dropped 2 peers I suspected in faking locals ( even I check carefully all lines before giving mine) , and general performance of my system just improved
it is really better have a less peers, but 100% genuine peers who is not faking anything and not giving some kind of problems with wrong ecm requests
but as soon as you have a "rotten apple " among peers this is where you normally have a problem

for me this "backdoor video" looks like a fake..... if you think too many things just makes no sense

I´ve been using CCcam v2.21 since 2011 and so far no problem for me.
My router is well protected (password protected).
IPS/IDS activated + automatic temp ban on port scan + log
My box has no default password (only strong 13digit passwd).
CCcam only has one port active for sharing server (all others are closed or redirecting to traps).
CCcam info only accessible on LAN.

I installed all my system manually, so i know what i´ve done.
Script installing is half-way to get problems, either because of default settings that people later forget to change or because they´re too lazy to improve security.
For me it is important to have system running but also secured.
Sometimes i see people hammering my system to get in or requesting files - activity and ip logged + auto ban LOL.
So i know who tryed, what he was looking for and specially what kind of files he was after.

And now back to topic - lol-

What tests should i do to correct my problem?

In my opinion, as El younoussi said the NOK comes from peers who ask the card you got but someone else is more speedy ( better ping ).

I believe I expained the possible reasons for non ok ecms and doubt I could expain it better.
you need to have a look at your statistics and analyse it

But there is one thing I do not understand . What do you mean by

There is only cccam.cfg to be created manually and cccam binaries precompiled already, so it's just can not be easier already and I really have no idea what is it possible to script here.

Another thing what do you mean by

all others are closed or redirecting to traps

?
