Looking for cacheex peers mode: 3
* My server is Ubuntu on powerful PC, with the ability to carry large traffic.
* I use Oscam version: 7190 (this is the latest version without memory leak bug) do not have to use higher version!
* I have good and big cache and expect my new partners also have a large cache, no starters servers!
