Paraguay puts spotlight on pay-TV piracy

Pay-TV piracy will be a growing problem in Paraguay and indeed a cultural one according to Gladys Bareiro of Modica, a judge of the Supreme Court of the country.



At the Asunción Media Show, The judge added that there is a "culture of the poor" because those most visible from the sale of counterfeit goods are “humble people looking to create sympathywithout pay.”
