    Cavani content with Napoli stay

Striker could stay until 2017 unless club meets €60million buy-out
    Last Updated: September 3, 2012 5:34pm

Edinson Cavani: Happy to have signed a new deal at Napoli

Edinson Cavani's agent insists his client is happy at Napoli after signing a new deal and claims only a "crazy" offer will see him leave.
Cavani was linked with a move to the Premier League in the summer with Manchester City and Chelsea reportedly interested.
There were also suggestions Cavani could move to Juventus to ensure his involvement in UEFA Champions League football this season.

But the 25-year-old Uruguay international instead extended his contract with Napoli until 2017 and agent Pierpaolo Triulzi is happy with the deal.
"Napoli are a leading club and they made an important effort to get the deal," Triulzi told Radio Crc.
"For Cavani's and our part there has always been the desire to continue along this path with Napoli and we'll do it for another five years.
    Happy

"We found an agreement that makes us happy, the player and Napoli."
There is now a buy-out clause of €60million (£48m) in Cavani's contract and his agent is adamant that the forward will not be following Ezequiel Lavezzi out of Naples.
Lavezzi joined Paris St Germain in a €31m (£25m) deal this summer but Triulzi insists this is a very different situation.

He added: "A buy-out clause like Lavezzi? These are different situations. That was a compromise. This is a price that requires a crazy expense from another club."
Asked if such an offer came in from the likes of Manchester City or Chelsea in the summer, Triulzi said: "The summer was long. I don't remember them."

Gregory van der Wiel: Has signed a four-year contract in the French capital

Paris Saint-Germain have completed the signing of Gregory van der Wiel from Ajax on a four-year deal.
The full-back had made 130 league appearances for his hometown club but has now opted for a move to the big-spending French club
Van der Wiel, 24, played all three of the Netherlands' Euro 2012 matches and has 35 caps to his name.

A statement on PSG's official website read: "Gregory Van Der Wiel, 24 years old, an international player from Holland, has been transferred from Ajax by Paris Saint-Germain, for a duration of four years."
PSG had already this summer spent more than £120million on the signings of Thiago Silva, Lucas Moura, Ezequiel Lavezzi, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Marco Verratti, Youness El Baillal.

    Toure happy at City

Defender not looking to move after holding talks with Mancini
    Last Updated: September 3, 2012 6:48pm

Kolo Toure: Galatasaray have offered the defender a lucrative three-year contract

Manchester City defender Kolo Toure has cooled talk linking him with a move to Galatasaray.
The Turkish giants have offered him a lucrative three-year deal but he is happy to stay at Premier League champions City.
Toure has less than 12 months remaining on his contract at Etihad Stadium but he is not looking to move after talks with City manager Roberto Mancini and the club's owners.

The 31-year-old former Arsenal player's advisor, Saif Rubie, told Sky Sports: "Kolo is flattered by the interest from Galatasaray but he is happy at Man City.
"Kolo has spoken to the manager and owners (of City) and he remains as committed to the club as the day he signed.
"All Kolo's focus is on helping Manchester City be successful this season in every competition they are going for.
"Kolo is happy to stay and play his part and is looking forward to the next game after the international break."
