neosat sx-1600 plus receiver how to upgrade software

Hi

i just bought a neosat 1600 plus receiver. the shop from where i bought this receiver updated the latest sotware and i was told that TPS and multivision channels shall be closed after a while and then i ll have to upgarde my sofware throught my pc or through files available on this forum can any one give us a step by step guide to this process


plus when i download the file i get a rar file which when i extract comes out to be a bin file but that cant be opened............is this file meant to be opened into the receiver only or can we run the setup over pc as well

pls some body give me the step by setp guide on how to upgrade the software

I try to upgrade neosat sr-1600 plus if all goods u can tomorrow visit this again or i will put it on direct on -Upload Centre- for funfiles
