oscam should not be crashing at all , i have never used an auto restart script for oscam on my pc as it dont need it . if it ever crashed i would just copy over the last working version and reboot .

the last working versions i have tested without any crashes are 7296,7439,7446,7456,7461,7474 and now running 7488 without any problems .

7180/90 are about 3 months old..
Too many segfaults and bugs are fixed ever since..

sorry, i ment 7480.....it crashed 3 times today (never happened with 7190) it has allways been about 60-90 mins after starting back up

although in fairness it was not compliled by myself, as my own one after compiling didnt want to work with pcsc devices

this may bethe problem that causes the crashes . i use omnikey readers and errors from them can cause a crash .

if on a pc stop oscam and uninstall pcsc and reinstall .

apt-get remove libpcsclite1 libpcsclite-dev pcscd
apt-get update
apt-get install libpcsclite1 libpcsclite-dev pcscd
apt-get upgrade

Build 7477 works wonderfull, no crashes at all. Just 24hours uptime till the nightly restart.
Only the Camd35 protocol disconnects with cacheex mode 3 on this build.

Same story on 7488. Since the nightly reset no downtime, works wonderfull, except for camd35 protocol.

My oscam_7477 work more than 30 hours without a crash, but tonight, crash 3 putt within 2 hours.
