Why do you use so much exclamation marks (!) ?
The explanation is correct. Oscam will accept a CW once, not twice.
So if you got two remote peers, each sending the exact same cache-stream, 50% of the combined streams is "duplicate" .
Therefore, the amount CW "got" (/ accepted) will be 50%, compared to the amount of CW's that oscam will actually receive.
HITS explains the number of actual decodes on your server, where the CW came from cache.
CW Diff you can ignore. (it shouldnt be much). Basically these are incoming CW's that already exists in your local cache, but with different content as the existing ones.
