just a thought when using csp wait time 250 for example, wont this affect whats being put back in to the cache to others, thus possibly delaying there cache hits ? Also id get a alot oldfer/slower cache ecms comming to me thus also reducing hits ?

Yes, the more hits everyone got from cache3 in general, the less cache will be generated..
250ms could lead to problems with NDS, for example SKY UK.. But on others like irdeto or even seca3 this value is fine..

No.. Its a dirty hack to prevent crashing.. Not a fix..
