Need Help With AzAmerica S810B

I have a AzAmerica S810B and recently a lot of the channels are coming up scrambled. I thought all that was needed was to update the box but I can't find the update. Now I'm being told I need to buy different equipment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe can you use "search " to find the good firmware...

Scrambled channels are usually need a Tv subscryption to be clear. (is it black or scrambled?)
