TM5400 M2 not clearing 39E

Last year I replaced my broken 5400 Super with the newer M2 model. Initially I left the new box with its original firmware and just mainly used it to drive my dish and used my satellite card to watch 39E. I have now patched this box and updated it the newest 1.59 available plus put in updated keys.

However even though when I look into the CAS menu I can see the updated keys are there and correct (I can see the current active key matches this from the VPlug window on my PC sat card) this box still says channel scrambled and will not clear Diema, Novaports, etc. These channels clear OK on my sat card on the PC.

On other satellites I can get some channels clearing as you would expect on my box (SportDigital for example). Does anyone have any idea why my box won't clear the 39E irdeto channels when it appears that all the information input is correct?

After much messing about recently, getting some older patches and doing reinstalls with different versions, I have found that patches from 157 onwards do not work on 39E channels although they clear other channels on other satellites. After installing an older patch (154) my box now clears 39E as well. I haven't tried 156 so that might work. Perhaps it is well known but obviously something is broken in the newer patches starting from at least 157. I hope this helps anyone else that is struggling with this.
