Argolis Triple Reader with OSCAM

Hello,
I have an Argolis Triple Reader and I am using it with OSCAM. All seems fine, but when I reboot the server (Ubuntu 12.04 LTS), it cannot init the card at first. Then I start plugging and unplugging the USB, inserting and removing the card, when finally it is able to init the card and all works. What is the best configuration for using it? Maybe I haven't optimal settings:

a lot of users reported problems using triple smargo reader.... among of other problems using different caids is difficult and reader system path
try insted of /dev/ttyUSB0 to use Iserial settings
