hi, to everybody!!!
i have a sky1 receiver. i ask someone to upgrade my receiver for me to watch some scrambled channels. i dont know what happen coz he returned the stuff to me on a very bad condition. i cant even watch ang fta channels. i tried to do some re-scanning but it fails.
can someone give me some ideas how to bring back my receiver to life? what are the things that i have to do.

Maybe he download wrong firmware... it happen sometime
can you tell me when last time you upgrade your receiver?
and you can doit by your self if you want to.

this is the first time actually. last night i've tried it by myself following some tips from our on-line friends. Luckily, i was able to bring it back to life again but i cant open some scrambled channels i.e. tps, absat & polsat. this is the software version that i used : DPEU-11SC 1.110 april 12, 2005 released. i've downloaded the latest set of keys too but with no avail.
is there anything that i need to do?

i dont know whats wrong but i installed all the patch files that u had given to me. until now all of the above channels are stiil not viewable with my receiver.
im not really sure if we can open some some channels with this one. but im not lossing hope yet.
anyway, thanks for your help. i appreciated it very much.
by the way TPS is dead yesterday just wait for one or two day for the new firmware

Hi, I downloaded the file to my receiver (sky 1b), but then my reveicer went blank! now it can't even scan any channels. it fails all trhough the scanning process. What do I do now?!
Yea...
This file is OK, but when I upload to the recivers, I can't see Pshit - recivers reset many many times...
So - I back to the 184 - now working OK - when Pshit change keys, I think - better is put keys from remote control...
:)
It's work fine with me and fix Polsat....with 184 the receiver some-time OFF by it self when you put in polsat channel and with 185 all FIX... if you don't have this problem you can keep with the 184 firm.
