as in the Title, also is there a way to decode CANALSAT encryption ?
with what softcam, key, server..etc

I doubt it will be of much help to you for MCT.
But, the only way I know to watch CanalSat (Fr.& Nl), is to buy a K3 (Knot 3), Card...

~And 'for you ask... No a Knot 3 is different, to that of a Knot 1 or 2, and retails for 'round €80.00(EUR)... Or so...~
