Reciever hi-tech 1080p playback capture problem in pc !!!

hi to everyone.

i have big problem now. i buy a few month 1 reciever 1080p full hd for watching satelite hd channel .

i record some channel but i can't play evrything that i recorded on my pc.

receiver record in tsv extension file that only play on itself .no media players can show this recorded video on my pc.

plz help me to resolve this problem.also i change extension file to .ts to play on existing ts players but no softwares can show my recorded video channel on my pc.
