freezing

I am using a spiderbox 9000 which i have been quite happy with.
now that I have moved over to a server on c lines
I have tested a few servers
at the moment I am experiencing serious freezing where the ECM jumps from average 200 up to 8000 then freezes
my server has run a test for me and everything is Ok at his end I have tried factory reset but still freezing any suggestions help would be much appreciated

yes it is I have tried one or two please advise of any other or best way forward

We do not give advice about Pay Servers here...You have to try yourself. But be very careful and have a look at other threads in this context!
