Hi i hava a alma 1800 s but my favewware firmrit lre a nist chanche every day, and my stored channels are hgone is the

Just like jhojho 1, mine seems to have a mind of its own - stored channels move around, deleted channels re-appear, favourite channels keep disappearing. This is the second unit I've had; the first one behaved the same way so I sent it back. Repeated firmware flashing with Alma_S1800_v121121.zip doesn't help. If it's a software problem, then "we need a firmware update, Alma!", but if it's a hardware issue, then I should've bought a different box. I know the S-1800 has a very low price, but the thing should do what it says on the tin!!!!!!
