Jtag Pansat 3500s

Is there any software here that will jtag a Pansat 3500s that has the new Intel flash chip TE28F160. I used wall, jkeys and skymax and the only software that did anything was wall. It erased flash successful, read flash successful and write the 3500 2 meg bin successful but nothing changed. I beleive its because of the new Intel chip. Any help would really be appriciated. TIA

I'm kind of curious as to why you think you need to jtag your 3500s...jtagging is only meant for DEAD receivers...that means no lights, no response of any kind. Please clarify your situation.

That is correct it is dead. It has no led read out (b-70) and doesn't respond to anything. Went inside to check votages and everything is there. Need to flash the Intel flash chip to respond again. I read some place that a bin unlocker is needed to do this. Any info will surely be appriciated. TIA

hi my pansat 3500s clone is not dead i do have the green ligth
is it possible to get that chip 28f160 file so i will try to fix that clone
if not i will send it to some body to jtag for me because i do not know how to do it i thank you
