Diablo Cam 2.3 or Diablo CAM 2 for dvb-c on a LCD Bravia 40HX700??

hi guys i want to buy a diablo cam to decrypte dvb-c channels (in france numericable (nagravison i think)) one my LCD Sony 40HX700. what cam should i buy? what is the best firmware for it? is this cam a good choiceor should i buy an other? the keys files are the same of the dvb-s system or not? i'm a complete newbie on this can some one help me!

ipnosys 037 works on a regular sat receiver. On a TVset i donot know
