Tom Telesco on San Diego Chargers' GM candidate list

The San Diego Chargers' search for a new general manager will look toward the Indianapolis Colts.

The Chargers will interview Colts director of player personnel Tom Telesco, a team source told NFL.com's Albert Breer.

The Chargers have been searching for a general manager since letting A.J. Smith go Monday. The team also showed coach Norv Turner the door.

The Chargers' search for a new GM and a new coach will be led by Dean Spanos, John Spanos, Ed McGuire and Ron Wolf, per Breer.
