desculpa lá ser burro e chato, mas só mais uma dúvida, são para enviar pela porta rs232, ou para gravar num funcard para actualizar o smartcard reader, como se fazia na altura das actualizações via oTA??

TPS is ok , but you have to edit key 00 , provider 007C00 , must be 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 for use internal keys.
