ASTRA 28.2 - Sginal losses from dish to receiver with diseqc 4x1

I have installed Hotbird + Astra 19,2 + Badr 4/5 through diisecq 4x1 (Pin 1-3) and works very good. Signal for all 3 about 90/88.

Now I have installed Astra 28.2. When I connect it directly with DM 7020, than I get picture with a signal of 87/89.

If I connect it through the disecq (Pin 4), the Signal goes back to SNR 60 / AGC 80 (BER 9000) and there is no picture. Cables are OK, because all other Sat are in perfect function.

PS. I have tried other receivers and diseqcs, but the result is the same. I don't know what I can I do mores. Do yo have an idea?
