Best image ?

Hi all ...
For the moment y have a original DM800 with GP2 image ...
I see interested for a Vu solo2 ... cant you help me to define a stable and good image !!!

Hi,
I find that a good choice is a very good receiver and I would suggest you,
for image currently stable Black Hole Image and VTI
But I say my taste and would recommend Black Hole Image.

Yes , indeed , agree with fushkruijs,
Have tried both: Black Hole and VTI , and personally am sticking to VTI for the moment.
Integrations of all kinds of plugins etc .. seem a bit more fluent (less buggy) into VTI than it is the case for BH sometimes.
On the other hand , alot of people are working/contributing on BH and the latests stuff will probably always appear on BH first ,hence not always as stable in the early versions.
I'ts all about taste .. one thing is sure , both images are stable, fast and working !!

black hole more oriented for latin users, and mainly italian (with lots of plugins and DTT settings and picons) VTI more suitable for english users...but both are very very good...all depends on your needs and as BTheman says "it's all about taste"

what? sorry I do not share your opinion but VTI is too crowded,
are too many things that do not need and confusing,
BH image is more simple and faster.

I have tried VTI, VIX and Blackhole. VTI was okay but didn't have enough features for me and some things didn't work well. VIX was great for a while, but became too buggy. If they can fix their problems, like rebooting a couple of times an evening (and it's slow), it would be useful as it has a lot of useful features. The best for me right now is the latest Blackhole 2.0.4. It is smooth, has lots of nice features, plugins work well, but best of all it is super fast. It restarts enigma2 in about 30 seconds and complete reboot in about a minute (VIX in comaprison is maybe as much as 5 minutes or more).
