The AES key can be updated using just your remote control if you have a reasonably up-to-date version of ToH that includes the Catone software on your Humax.

ToH3.3_HoT5.2 or above should be O.K.

The AES key should be 16 pairs of Hex digits

Method is as follows:

1) Switch to a TPS Channel

2) Select Menu / ToH / Parser / Ram Editor

3) Check that the Editor is showing Viaccess I.D. 007c00

4) Scroll up to key 03 and select O.K.

5) Enter the 8 pairs of Hex digits for the first half of the current AES key and select O.K.

6) Scroll across to key 13 and select O.K.

7) Enter the 8 pairs of Hex Digits for the second half of the current AES key and select O.K.

8) Escape out of the menu back to the tv channel.

Provided you have entered the correct keys and the key 08 keys is up-to-date, you should now be O.K. until they change the key again.

You will need to scan the forum for the current AES key. Don't expect it to last more than 24 hours.

Remote control key usage is as follows:

0 - 9 = Normal Remote control keys

a = Sound Mute button

b - f = red, green, yellow, blue, white buttons

At the moment, if you are using ToH3.3_HoT6.4, you do not need to include an AES key.

Any keys stored in the 03 / 13 position should be deleted (or zeroised) with either your key editor or your remote control.

You should then find that the channel clears.

Please note that, just because no AES key is required now, the situation may change at any time.

If the channel fails to clear in the future, try inputting a current AES key.

j'ai install la ToH3.3 HoTplugged v6.4 sur mon humaz mais avec ma carte canalsat il fait une erreur 100 sur toute les chaine canalsat du module que se sois magic ou matrix alors qu'avec la version 6.2 ca marche
que dois je faire ?

My english isn't very good but ...

I had the same problem last year, and for me, the smart card didn't manage because it was too much inserted in my humax ...
