Please could someone tell me what I am doing wrong when trying to programme my Diablo light cam.
I have followed the instructions to the letter first formatting the cam and then loading the stealth 2.28 followed by uploading the keys bin file, caids file , soft cam file etc etc.
When switching on my reciever I get the message stealth 2.28 initialized but when trying any encrypted channels I sometimes get the message no smart card inserted or just no message at all and a black screen.
Is it just the case that I am uploading the keys incorrectly or not aquiring the latest keys.
I am now at a total standstill thinking that my cam is useless when everything I read says its one of the best you can get.
Surely I am just making a fundimental mistake that perhaps is easily remedied but what.

my settings

if you use base station
try this
put cam in it, press and hold switch
until green lamp turn of
after press switch an release it
lamp will flash shortly

Hi, the first problem is the latest Stealth is 2.32 so I would use this version.
Once loaded update keys bin & that should be it CAIDs will load with the Stealth file. As for the softcam key there is no place for that in the cam file system, You should not need to format the cam before loading the Stealth but it might be a good idea this time in case you have bunged something into the cam file system that should not be there. With Stealth 2.32 just about everything in N2 is auto-updating at the moment as is TP$ so use Romana1010’s settings apart from debug as this setting is not used in the Light version & not in the menu. Set smart card message to show never just to get rid of the annoying messages. Go to a channel you want to open it may take a few seconds {minutes if the key needs to update} but that should work. Remember for TP$ you need to update on the correct transponder France 4 or France 5 will do the trick. Good luck Pete.
