I have the CAS3+ interface including the dummy card. However I'm not sure which files are the FW update and which files are just keys updates and the exact upgrading procedure isn't clear to me at all.
Can someone help me program a T-rex super module 4.6 from Predator 3.69 to 3.80?

Well, first please remember to use the right files. Predator files can be used on any Dragon/T-Rex, but if you have a T-Rex 4.6 you might want to use an updated Predasarus file.
Dragon CAM = Predator files Only.
T-Rex 4.5 = Predator/Predasaur files (but no Security Update feature)
T-Rex 4.6 = Predator/Predasaur files (with Security Update feature)
Now it is up to you to choose the Version you want to install: if you want to install the latest predator 3.80 (.dra-file), just go to our latest post or the Upload Center and download and save this file to your computer. With the help of the cas3 you transfer this file to the Cam, and that's it....

Thank you Andrushenka. I found a 3.80 version that suits my needs (keys wise), but the .dra file has 238KB and the .bin file has 237KB . I was under the impression that this might be an update and the full 3.80 version should be bigger.
Also in the CAS3+ interface you only get to select one file before hitting update (I suppose it's the .dra file)

That's correct. As I wrote below: Just use the dra-file...and that's it...
Just did it. It programmed for about 10 mins or so, then it said succesful. I pressed the exit button on the dragoncam loader but now the TV doesn't recognise the module. However the CAS still sees it, I am currently reprogramming it. (probably with the same result)
So either the file is junk or I did something wrong.
Apparently the trick was to hit the "initialise CAM" button when programming with CAS3. It now displays PREMPB380 when accesed in the TV's CI slot.
Guess I now need to figure out how to use the keys.
