Ccam 2.0.11 / Dreambox 500S no picture

Hello,
i'm new here and have a little problem with my dreambox.
I have Dreambox 500S+ccam v. 2.0.11
2xN lines that is written correct in /var/etc/cccam.cfg
like

example: N: SERVER.dyndns.org 40XX username password 01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12 13 14

all free channels are ok, but channels that use this card (N line) are with black scree (i see EPG for all channels)

any idea ?

are you getting the line from a server? port open? update ya cccam to over 2.14 as 2.0.11 was known to be used for local fakers
