Technomate HD 5402 M2

Hi i have a Tecnomate HD5402 M2 and cant get the Sky UK and Irish Channel Listing to work on it.I have a UK channel listing working on it.Also it wont allow me to add channels it says "No Satalite".A friend has the HD5402 and it works fine on that. Is the software different on the M2 Box.Any help would be great.

Hi. The M2 has different software ..you need the patch for M2 model. I have a TM5402 and it works fine. Is your system fixed or motorized?? The No Satellite message usually appears when no satellite has been tuned in. Have you tried to press the SAT button and does it give you a list of satellites??

I am not new to satellite stuff but new to arrays of receivers being paraded on this great forum,one which interest me is the technomate receivers.
really want to get me self one,will like to start with something lower something like the mpeg 4 types,will some one care to recommend one/
