i Have in local JSC , BIS TV , TNT 5 and a dedicated server of 1GB/s 24/7

i need only locals no hop 2 hop 3 only locals and hop1

i need good peers having :

CSAT FR C+ FR
D+
sky DE
Sky UK
Sky IT

and every good local is welcome .

i'm getting Csat FR after they get a solution for it in sharing i dont want to risk my money for a card wich will not share :)
