TM 6902 HD T2 Super frozen

Did a scan of some frequencies today & the stb seems to have frozen on 13deg E & nothing will change - can't even switch off via remote or change sat or channel via remote or stb's own switches - other than rear on/off switch - but still frozen when switched off via rear & switched back on.

Any thoughts any one on how to deal with this?

Put my old spare box back on- a TM 6900 Hd super - and all ok - apart from fact it will not play anything recorded on hdd when it was recorded from the TM 6902 stb - plays what was recorded on this hdd via TM 6900 Hd super ok as recorded previously as from TM 6900. I find this odd - the TM 6902 played all content of the hdd regardless of which box recorded from .

I finally sorted this - switched off at rear (front on/off not working) and held down menu button on front - this brought up Loader - could then scroll down and reset to factory default & start all over
