    Is it normal for Oscam to report a timeout?

    Total Disabled Expired Active Connected Online OK NOK IGN TOUT CACHE TUN Action
    36 0 0 36 32 17 974 (5.68%) 423 (2.47%) 1155 (6.74%) 483 (2.82%) 14104 (82.29%) 0 (0.00%)

    When I remove oscam.dvbapi & oscam.srvid file's, it drop's to around 1.5% any idea's?

    Sure it is. A timeout occurs when an ECM is not found in a certain timeframe (set in your configuration) if I am not mistaking.
