U mean serial number on the sticker or the serial on status page in thomson menu?

Ive used a thompson box with the details from the Sticker underside to regain HD channels on a mates blocked card today!
Went to the web link and kept the card in server under oscam and back on with all sports and Hd channels now fine

are you making sure to keep your card in your own server or other Box when doing this mate? you do not need it in the Skybox at all when updating/Re linking

The card is on DM500+CCcam2.1.3..AU ON
the message i get on website is "The serial number is invalid"

What you should enter is:

Version: 4E0802
Serial: 00609388xx (remove the last digit from the serial on bottom of the box!)

If that does not work, your box isnt valid for re-activation like discussed here.
Find a box with serial 4E3004, these do work.
