how mate my new box working fine only change on box is the wifi option even i put the card in and use it for 20 min then put it back on smargo reader everthing working as normal

I have read this article with great interest. Just out of curiosity has anybody with alternative Receivers removed the Data Channel 8011 on transponder 55 and have you noticed any change in behaviour in viewing?

The latest set of black screen channels - Sky Premiere HD, Sky Disney HD and Sky Movies Sci-Fi & Horror HD.

Spoke to Sky today, as these don't clear on my legitimate paired Thompson box either, they informed me today that I'd need a new box in order to pick up the above listed HD channels, presumably to one that supports the new pairing system.

Ahh well.
