I guess you will have to re-pair with the same box. Suggest you give it a try. I use the services menu on the Sat Box via the Ethernet connection.

simple to do and the work around i posted does work.

takes from 5-15 mins to sort out.

card was not in box, was in oscam server reader (not a box) and from repairing via site, then pin change via site, all working and HD back ect

Any chance you could give a more detailed version of your working workaround which you posted earlier in the thread ?

Hi everyone. My card was updating fine in OSCam for months but yesterday I had to put it back in my Amstrad box because Sky messed up my account. Now I've lost HD channels, although interestingly I still have sports channels. Sky says that one of their systems shows my HD channels as on, but another says they're off.

Am I buggered?

Hmm, not sure how this 5 minute re-activate / pin change thing is supposed to work.. but I've just tried it and it still won't show HD channels..

You will need an older box (or the serial/version that goes with it) to be able to use the HD again..
Thomson boxes (version 4E3004) will do the trick.
