Need Help For DirectTv Reciever

hi i got a directtv Philips reciever with the Acces Card how can i programm the card or put the Keys into reciever to get Dish or Bev
do i need any software or Binfile

You need a dish receiver /rom102 or rom103.
Directv is a proprietary receiver/card that can't be used on anything else.

Probably the same place you buy the dishnet receiver.
I would buy an fta receiver instead,more flexible.
