Tivusat in Oscam & bad ecm requests

I have Tivusat setup in oscam. I have no problem clearing the card but I am getting alot and alot and alot of bad ecm's requests to the point they disturb the whole server. Card is inserted in omnikey, oscam version is 0.99.4 svn build#3146.

ecm whitelist is as follows : 183d@005411,000000:8C,B7

Any ideas?
