Prog DVB is a free program - I do not understand sy a serial or for that matter where to put it as is never asks for one??

Duh - I see now the serial is for the Elecard edition I guess...I should try it I guess. I live in Russia and had not used my ProgDVB in maybe 9 months as I only used it for CNBC and my pay TV has it but for the last month my pay TV channel range where CNBC is only works after midnight and my provider says they cannot fix it as there is some problem with their microwave signal in my region.

So I turned on my ProgDVB and CNBC no longer works as I guess they scramble it now. I actually pay for it anyway for my usual TV. Anyway am looking for the way to watch it but not sure which kinkd of key to utilize. I have a sky Star 1 card
